A VISUAL COMPARISON

On a recent photography shoot, we decided that it would be fun to do a little experiment with one of our Charleston clients. While The Chart Group was busy taking photos of numerous food dishes on the menu, we had a client capture photography of the same subjects using their own camera, in this case, their iPhone. And honestly, phones today can actually capture great photography! So if consumer cameras or phones are great for photography, why should business owners hire professional photographers? Because professional photographers know how to read and manipulate light, how to compose an image to highlight the subjects' strengths, and how to create an emotional response, and a millions of other reasons. In this case, we obviously wanted to create beautiful food photography that would leave the viewers hungry! So take a look at the following photos. Does one look more appetizing than the other?
